Infrastructure Engineer – Identity & Access Management (IAM) – Permanent 
Location:  North Greenwich, London/Hybrid. Flexibility needs can be discussed if you are shortlisted. 
Salary:  Band 3 £50k-£55k 

Job Description 
This is technical specialist role delivering technologies such as, Active Directory and underpinning services, Entra ID and associated services. IAM delivers technical expertise to aid the implementation, maintenance, and support of core technology along with providing technical guidance to junior team members. You should have demonstrable knowledge of being a technical Subject Matter Expert, working within governance controls, and knowledge of both supporting operational/business services and delivering technical solutions. 

Key Responsibilities
Maintain and upgrade infrastructure required for Active Directory inline with ITIL processes 
Act as a Subject Matter Expert to aid the business in delivering technical Identity and Directory Services solutions 
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior members of the team 
Be part of a 24/7 on call rota delivering support for underpinning technology within the business 
Deliver technical support to restore service when technology components fail for all pan TfL staff 

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience 
Good understanding of Microsoft Active Directory and Entra ID 
Good understanding of Conditional Access 
Good understanding of Powershell scripting in Active Directory and Graph API 
Good understanding of core services such as DHCP, DNS and PKI 
Good understanding of Microsoft Windows Server Operating Systems (2012 onwards)
Good understanding of Group Policy 
Understanding of Quest Active Roles Server (preferable) 
Understanding of Quest On-Demand (preferable) 
Understanding of Entra ID Business to Consumer (B2C)
Understanding of Azure Information Protection (AIP)
