As an Infrastructure Engineer III at JPMorgan Chase within the Technology Infrastructure team, you will have the opportunity to lead the development, automation, and operational stability of Microsoft 365 services across the enterprise. You will work closely with engineering and product teams to ensure our collaboration platforms are robust, secure, and continuously improving, enhancing employee productivity and reducing operational risk.

Job Responsibilities Engineer and maintain resiliency capabilities for Microsoft 365 services with a focus on automation, and operational excellence. Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts and other automation tools to support monitoring, alerting, and self-healing capabilities across M365 workloads. Design and maintain integrations using Microsoft Graph API and modern development frameworks to ensure continuity and recoverability of M365 services during disruptions. Configure and harden Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) with a focus on high availability, secure app registrations, conditional access policies, and hybrid identity scenarios that support failover and disaster recovery.
