Base pay range

Up to £38,000 per year, depending on experience.

• Deliver high-quality 3rd Line Support to their diverse clientele, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy scalable solutions that meet business requirements.
• Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up-to-date with the latest Microsoft technologies and industry best practices.

Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience in a 2nd/3rd Line support role with a focus on Microsoft technologies (Windows Server/On-premise AD, VMWare, M365, Azure)
• Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to excellence in customer service.
• Excellent communication and project management abilities.
• Relevant AZ-900 certified is highly desirable.

Remote based.

On-call: 1 in 6 (additional pay).
