Infrastructure Engineer

Microsoft 365, Azure, and on-premises infrastructure .

You'll be hands-on with

mission-critical migrations , cloud optimisation, and hybrid infrastructure design. A varied and impactful role with visibility across multiple business units.

What You'll Be Doing

Lead and deliver

end-to-end Microsoft 365 tenant migrations

with minimal disruption Optimise Azure environments in line with the

Microsoft Well-Architected Framework Support and maintain

on-premises infrastructure

and ensure seamless cloud integration Create clear technical documentation and architectural diagrams Guide stakeholders on best-in-class tech solutions and emerging tools Apply robust change control and governance practices Collaborate with regional and global teams to ensure standardised infrastructure delivery Stay updated with new technologies and recommend improvements What You'll Bring

Proven experience delivering infrastructure projects in

global or multi-entity environments Strong knowledge of

Microsoft 365

tools (Exchange, SharePoint, Intune, Entra ID, Security & Compliance) Deep understanding of

Azure infrastructure , including identity, access, and network security Hands-on background supporting and integrating on-prem systems Proficient in

PowerShell scripting Familiarity with migration tools such as

Quest On Demand, ShareGate, BitTitan Strong communication skills-able to simplify technical ideas for non-technical users Track record of successful infrastructure delivery across business units or clients What's In It for You
