Are you an experienced Infrastructure Engineer looking for your next challenge?

This is an opportunity to join a forward-thinking IT Services team, where you’ll play a key role in delivering, supporting, and evolving a global cloud-first infrastructure.

This is a permanent role based in Bristol, with hybrid working (3 days a week in the office, 2 days from home)

What You’ll Do

• You’ll provide 3rd line support across infrastructure, platforms, servers, and networks.
• Supporting physical, virtual, and cloud environments - from wired/wireless networking to SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS platforms.
• Ensuring the integrity and security of networks, systems, and data.
• Supporting and operating core platforms, hardware, and operating systems.
• Collaborating with suppliers and internal teams to deliver smooth operations.
• Contributing to migrations, deployments, and testing new technologies.

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for someone with strong experience in IT operations, confident in taking ownership and working across complex infrastructure. You’ll bring:

• Knowledge of cloud and virtualisation technologies
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and Azure.
• Experience with networking (LAN/WAN, VPNs, load balancers, WiFi deployment).
• Familiarity with ITIL/IT Service Management practices.
• Skills in scripting/automation (PowerShell, Terraform).
• Understanding of security solutions (firewalls, Zero Trust).
