We’re looking for a Mobile Device Support Engineer to take ownership of iOS and Android estates within a large, complex environment. You’ll be the SME for mobile platforms, managing and optimising devices via Workspace ONE (AirWatch) and ensuring estates remain secure, compliant, and efficient.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport, configure, and manage iOS/Android devices at scale.Lead on Workspace ONE deployments, upgrades, and optimisation.Deliver OS updates, patching, and security hardening.Provide escalation support and guidance to wider service teams.Contribute to projects across UEM integrations, hardware refresh, and security initiatives.Skills & ExperienceStrong expertise in Workspace ONE (or AirWatch).Proven background managing mobile estates in enterprise environments.Solid knowledge of mobile lifecycle management (provisioning, patching, decommissioning).Awareness of Zero Trust, ISO 27001, and enterprise security frameworks.Eligible for SC clearance (advantageous).What’s On OfferContract-to-Perm opportunity.Hybrid working London base.High-impact projects in secure, enterprise-scale environments. #J-18808-Ljbffr
