What Youll Be Doing

As Injection Moulding Machine Maintenance Engineer, youll play a critical role in ensuring the injection moulding machines and associated equipment are operating at peak performance. Your day-to-day will include: Performingpreventive and corrective maintenanceon injection moulding machines, robotics, and ancillary systems. Diagnosing and repairingmechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical faults. Conductingscheduled servicing and calibrationto meet safety and compliance standards. Supportingequipment installation, commissioning, and decommissioning. Drivingcontinuous improvement initiatives, including machinery upgrades / modifications.

What Youll Bring to This Injection Moulding Machine Maintenance Engineer Role:

Were looking for someone with hands-on experience and a problem-solving mindset. Ideally, youll have: Demonstrable experience in amaintenance engineering rolewithin a manufacturing environment. Proven background ininjection moulding or plastics manufacturing. Familiarity withrobotics and automations systems. Strong understanding ofmechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Ability to read and interprettechnical drawings, schematics and manuals. Experience withrobotics and automation systems. Solid skills infault finding, root cause analysisand implementing long-term solutions.

In return you will receive a salary of £40,000 - £53,000 pa.
