To support the Client Project Manager in delivering excellent customer service through product installation / moves. The role will require a good physical competence, along with strong Mechanical and Software capabilities to support the installation activities. As most installations occur on customer sites, which are operational, a clear commitment to Health and Safety must be demonstrated at all times. This role will include some travel in Europe as required.

Responsibilities and Duties

• To install TCS products and other supplier products into casino gaming Floors.
• To assist in equipment moves on a customer site.
• Provide details of works completed to enable TCS records to be accurately maintained – for equipment on any given site.
• Work within an install department, taking direction and managing on site priorities and providing technical mentorship and advisory services to others.
• Carry out activities relating to the implementation, installation, configuration and upgrades of products.
• Gain in-depth experience within the gaming industry and product knowledge, and able to respond to customer’s needs regarding technical problems and effectively communicate with the customer to resolve issues whilst on Site.
• Responsible, or assists, in identifying, analyzing, resolving and reporting product issues, or other requirements to line manager.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Must have good written and oral communication skills.
• Strong Interpersonal Skills. Good experience with Client/Server based software products.
• Installation and Maintenance – experience with Linux and virtual servers are a plus.

• Ability to work independently or in groups and can take the lead when required.
• Ability to multi-task.

Qualifications

Relevant Engineering, Software Support, Hardware Installations, IT related qualification.
