Provide expert-level infrastructure support across multiple sites, including user management, system upgrades, patching, releases, and fault resolution. Work with infrastructure, applications support and deskside support teams to maintain group core and non-core IT systems. Build and manage Windows Server environments and configure Cisco switches/routers. Set and monitor backup routines, configure firewalls, and provide 3rd line support. Automate daily tasks where necessary and resolve complex technical issues. Support Cisco networking, firewalls, Windows Server, AD, virtualization, Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, IP telephony, PowerShell, SCCM and Intune. Contribute to the ongoing management of on-premises and remote devices including desktops, laptops, tablets and mobile devices.

Technical Skills & Requirements

Intune / Autopilot / Hybrid Network Support Cisco networking (routing/switching), firewalls, Wi-Fi Windows Servers, Active Directory, Azure Active Directory Microsoft 365, Intune, SCCM / Endpoint PowerShell and ITSM/ITIL tooling (Heat, Remedy, or ServiceNow or equivalent) Experience with IP telephony and device management across Windows 10/11, macOS/iOS/Android CCNA-level Cisco networking certification (preferred) and Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate or equivalent
