Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced EUC IT Desktop Support Technician to provide high-quality technical support for end users. The role requires hands-on expertise in troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals, while ensuring compliance with security and warranty standards.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Support:
- Provide IT infrastructure field support including troubleshooting of hardware, software, and operating systems.
- Install, configure, and resolve issues with desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripheral devices.
- Deliver desk-side and break/fix support, including basic administration of Windows OS and Mac/Linux OS (preferred).
- Perform Smart Hands activities such as racking/stacking, network patching, and hardware setup.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and RDP.
- Support and maintain end-user network cabling and perform preventive maintenance.
- Conduct repeat call analysis and contribute to problem management activities.
- Ensure compliance with hardware warranty and customer security standards.
Tools & Technologies:
- Strong experience with Microsoft Windows (Win10/11), Microsoft Office, and related desktop applications.
- Familiarity with IT tools such as ServiceNow/Remedy, SCCM, Intune, and imaging/patching technologies.
- Basic understanding of enterprise LAN/WAN setups and infrastructure components.

Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on IT field support experience.
- Associate Degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+ or OEM certifications (Dell, Toshiba, Lenovo, HP, etc.) are desirable.
- Ability to lift/move equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
