The ideal candidate will be diagnosing and resolving IT hardware, software, networks, and microsoft 365 applications to support the installation teams. You will be assisting in the delivery and installation of new porjects and working with industry-leading platforms like Gallagher Access Control and other security systems. This is an opportunity to become a vital member of the team and offer support for project delivery and system administraion. This role would suit an IT technician, with experience in the fire and security industry, looking to join a company who offer an employee ownership scheme and inhouse training for specific software. The Role: Administer support for Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure, and server environments Configure, maintain, and support Gallagher Access Control applications to ensure seamless integration with CCTV, intruder, and intercom systems Support and assist the commissioning of integrated fire and security systems on live projects Managing patching, updates, backups, and system security in line with best practice and company policies Ensure compliance with IT security standards, GDPR, and data protection regulations Liaising with external providers and vendors when escalating complex issues or managing third-party systems The Person: Experience in an IT technician role in the fire and security industry Full UK driving licence Ability to obtain SC clearance If you are interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV.
