Ready to make an impact on a large-scale tech refresh project? We are looking for a Senior Analyst III, Infrastructure Services to join our team for a critical, seven-month contract. This is a chance to use your expertise to help deploy a massive upgrade of approximately.

This role focuses on being at the forefront of a major infrastructure project. You will work directly with users, ensuring a smooth transition to Windows 11, and troubleshoot issues on the fly. We need someone who can handle the fast pace of a peak workload period and deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Tech Refresh: You will be the go-to person for our hardware and software refresh initiative, handling tasks like applying Windows 11 upgrades and rebuilding devices.
• Active Support: Use ServiceNow to book and track user appointments, then get hands-on with devices.
• Troubleshooting Ace: You will perform system health checks, manage disk space, and resolve a wide range of technical issues to keep things running smoothly.
• Customer Facing: Your strong communication skills will be key as you work directly with users to ensure a seamless upgrade experience.
• Problem-Solver: You will capture installed applications and peripherals, update user records, and handle Active Directory (AD) group management.

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Experience with

  Windows 10 & 11 and strong troubleshooting skills for devices and applications.

• Knowledge of

  Active Directory (AD), including adding objects and groups.

• Experience with

  MS Surface Pro devices or similar hardware is a plus.

• Familiarity with

  SCCM Task Sequence (TS) building.

• An active

  SC Security Clearance is a hard requirement for this role.

• Excellent customer-facing skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
