Job description Our client based in Bury St. Edmunds, Suffolk are looking for a Warehouse Technical Support Specialist to join their team. In this role you will be responsible for providing hardware and software support in daily warehouse operations, including troubleshooting system errors related to order processing and task execution. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in resolving basic issues with computers, network equipment and AGV robots. Programming skills are desired however, strong problem solving skills in a warehouse context and basic IT knowledge are essential. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and resolve errors in the warehouse management system (WMS/WES) during order processing and task execution. Provide first-level technical support for computers, network connectivity, and related devices. Perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance of AGV robots (e.g., rebooting, checking connections).
