Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve hardware, software, and system-related issues. Act as a key liaison with third parties and government systems to escalate and resolve operational IT issues. Oversee endpoint management, including policy enforcement, configuration, application deployment, and Windows OOBE imaging.
