IT Field Engineer Truro, Cornwall Up to c£32,000 per year + Company Car Plus excellent company benefits (including 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, Pension, Life Insurance, etc.) Skills and Experience: Travel to client sites across Cornwall to provide IT support and troubleshooting. Install and configure IT hardware and software (Servers, PCs, printers, networking devices). Support Microsoft 365, Active Directory and Windows environments. Carry-out basic networking troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, VLANs). Keep accurate records of all work and customer interactions. Collaborate with the Plymouth-based Support Desk team on escalated issues. Deliver friendly, professional customer service, offering guidance and reassurance when needed. Undertake training and to assist in training other or new members of staff as required. Undertake other duties as may be required within the general scope of the job.
