*Job Summary*
We are a well-established company with over 35 years’ experience in supplying Epos and payment solutions to the Hospitality industry. We provide customers with business critical systems to help them serve thousands of customers each day and process hundreds of millions of pounds each year.
Our Epos Field Service Engineers are at the forefront of ensuring our customers business are expertly supported by installing and maintaining essential services equipped with the latest Epos technology. The solutions we provide encompass Touch Screen Epos Terminals, Card Payment Machines, Tablet Ordering, Self-Service Ordering Apps, Kiosks, Fingerprint Biometrics, Proximity RFID along with the provision of both wired and wireless networks
Due to the continued growth and success of the company, we are currently seeking the right applicant to join our friendly team based out of Hitchin, Hertfordshire
This is a very varied role and would suit somebody who enjoys being on the road, meeting customers, providing customer support and problem-solving along with installation and maintenance of hardware. The successful candidate will be fully trained on our product range to help assist with installations, setup, commissioning, swap outs and end-user training.

*Responsibilities and Duties:*
* Predominantly based on the road working within a 2 hour perimeter of London
* Installation of Epos systems and end user training
* Diagnose hardware faults at our clients premises and swap out equipment if required
* Troubleshoot and diagnose network faults
* Provide onsite technical support and program updates
* Installation of network cabling
* Log completed calls on our mobile CRM platform
* Liaise with other Field Service engineers and our helpdesk team
* Ensure customer service levels are met at all times
* Provide weekend cover on a rota basis after successful completion of training
*The Ideal Candidate:*
* Should have plenty of energy, enthusiasm, self-motivation and the desire to succeed within a busy progressive technical environment.
* Will have good communication and customer support skills.
* Should have the ability to work together as part of a team as well as being able to solve problems independently
* Will be able to work to tight deadlines.
* Preference will be given to candidates with a good background in PC’s, networking, and the ability to apply a positive flexible attitude.
* The candidate must have a reasonable level of PC Experience and be willing to learn new software packages.
* Clear concise friendly manner, self-disciplined, work on own initiative, team-working skills, accuracy & flexibility.
