About the Role
This is a varied and rewarding position, offering a mix of responsibilities including:
* Helpdesk support (remote and on-site)
* New equipment configuration
* On-site installations at client offices
* Project work across a wide range of technologies
What We’re Looking For
*Essential Requirements:*
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) support desk role
* Strong technical problem-solving abilities and customer service focus
* Proficiency in:
* Windows 10 & 11
* Windows Server and Azure Infrastructure
* Microsoft 365 (including Entra ID, Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive)
* Experienced in Networking fundamentals (switches, firewalls, TCP/IP, LAN, WAN)
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Based in or near Leeds, with easy access to client sites
* Willingness to undergo a DBS check
*The Ideal Candidate Will Be:*
* Technically hands-on, with a broad and current IT knowledge base
* Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently and within a team
* Comfortable managing both day-to-day support and project-based work
* A strategic thinker with a practical mindset
* Passionate about technology and its role in education and business
* Open to occasional out-of-hours work when required
