IT Infrastructure and Change Engineer

* Plymouth, Devon (Remote-Working with travel to client sites)

* £30,000 to £32,500 per year

Skills and Experience:

* Maintain, upgrade, and support IT infrastructure including switches, access points, servers (if any), cabling and security.

* Ensure the site’s connectivity, security including screening and systems are functioning optimally.

* At least 3 years’ advanced experience in IT and basic security

* Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and MIS platform

* Strong knowledge of Unifi and Meraki Networks

* Experience with virtualisation (Hyper-V), networking (VLANs, WAN) and endpoint protection

* Assist with local deployment of centrally managed solutions, including device imaging, software installations and updates.

* Responsible for scheduled back up operations

* Proven IT support experience working on-site in a business

* Experience of managing enterprise level cloud platforms

* Experience with Microsoft Intune and mobile device management (MDM) platforms.

* Network management (switches, routing, firewalls, Wi-Fi, servers).

* Maintaining AV infrastructure such as projectors, TV’s, digital signage, casting devices.
