IT Infrastructure Engineer - 12m FTC - O365, Azure, Networking, VMware

Location: Oxfordshire (Hybrid 2 days p/w in office)

Salary: £60,000 + Benefits

Contract: 12-month fixed-term contract, with possibility to move to a permanent role

This is a 3rd Line IT Infrastructure Engineer role intended to provide 3rd line support across networks, security, servers, storage, and infrastructure software for a UK-based organisation.

Responsibilities:

• Provide 3rd Line IT infrastructure support across O365, Azure, Active Directory, Intune, VMware, storage solutions (e.g., NetApp), and networking.
• Maintain and manage key IT infrastructure across the business estate and support key technology projects.
• Assist in implementing infrastructure changes and projects while ensuring high availability and performance.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and manage expectations across IT and business teams.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in a 3rd Line Support / Infrastructure Engineer role.
• Strong experience and knowledge of O365, Azure, Active Directory, and Intune.
• Networking, Virtualisation, and Storage skills, including Cisco, VMware, and NetApp.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; solution-oriented approach.

This role is hybrid and based in Oxfordshire; candidate must be able to commute to the Oxfordshire office 2–3 days per week.
