We are a rapidly growing group that offers our team members the opportunity to collaborate across the Firm’s various technology teams to achieve joint success.What you’ll doLead the build out of the Macro trading application support function to provide technical support to our investment professionalsAct as a key escalation point for application incident management, leading communications with end-users and senior technology stakeholders on the progress and status of incident resolutionCommunicate with end-users and senior technology stakeholders throughout incidentsProvide cross training for the wider Trading Application Support team and ensure that documentation is maintainedDesign and implement robust processes for Macro investment professional application onboarding, including initial setup, access management and user limits administrationImplement and regularly review processes, procedures, and policies, and introduce automation to improve team consistency and performanceCollaborate with users and technology teams to create project plansOversee the day-to-day operations of the team, including reporting team metrics related to incident and request handlingWhat’s required7+ years of application support experience within the financial services industry Experience with SQL and other scripting languagesExperience working with UnixPrior experience in a team lead or senior role, demonstrating ability to mentor individuals with varying levels of experienceExperience managing major outage communications and proven ability to resolve client issuesAbility to deliver incident resolution for clientsStrong understanding of order management workflowsCommitment to the highest ethical standardsWe take care of our peopleWe invest in our people, their careers, their health, and their well-being.
