What will you be doing day-to-day?
- Collaborate with Technical Leads to drive IT projects from conception to completion.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure project alignment with business objectives.
- Implement and manage security measures in collaboration with the security team to safeguard data and systems.
- Generate comprehensive reports and maintain detailed documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures, while sharing knowledge and training others.
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to management.
- Lead the design, implementation, and management of IT engineering solutions to meet business requirements.
- Initiate and participate in service improvement initiatives.
- Ensure strict adherence to change control processes.
What you’ll need
- Good knowledge of relevant technologies, programming languages, and tools.
- Experience with system architecture, software development, and network infrastructure.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
- Analytical skills to evaluate and improve technical solutions.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships.
- Experience in managing and coordinating technical projects.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Azure) are a plus.
