IT Support Engineer (1st to 3rd line)

The candidate will provide these services to the end customer:
End-user device support (Windows/Mac desktops/laptops)
Printer and peripheral troubleshooting
Network patching and basic networking fixes
Software installation and basic troubleshooting
New user setup, movers and leaver offboarding
Asset Management
Ticket triage and escalation
1st and 2nd line support
Candidates will need to have:
Strong field experience
Familiarity with ticketing systems (Halo PSA, Autotask, Service Now etc).
Familiarity with RMM tools like (Datto RMM, Ninja RMM etc)
Has strong communication skills
Work well under pressure
