Install, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop systems, peripherals, and mobile devices. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Windows, Microsoft 365, and other business applications. Maintain accurate documentation of processes, solutions, and asset inventories. Support IT projects, including system upgrades, rollouts, and security enhancements. Liaise with external vendors and service providers as required. Skills & Experience Previous experience in an IT support role (1-3 years preferred).
