Are you the right person for the job?
2+ years' experience in IT support, with a focus on Microsoft 365
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 admin panels, PowerShell scripting, Entra ID, Azure Hosting, and Azure PIM
Microsoft 365 certifications preferred but not essential
Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills
Hands-on, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team
What will your role look like?
Provide first-level support for Microsoft 365 issues and user devices
