Overview

The IT department supports and develops the firm\'s IT infrastructure. There are ten members in the team who cover front office development, systems development and systems support. The team is responsible for all the IT that you see, and don’t see. The IT Support Engineers provide technical support and administration for all internal end-user software, hardware, and connectivity.

Responsibilities

• Provide front line user support for Peel Hunt’s internal and third party tools and technologies
• Answer support queries via telephone, email, and in person, taking ownership of problems and following them through to resolution
• Identify, diagnose, research, track, and resolve technical issues within current product offerings while also investing in next generation of products and services
• Contribute to a team of high-performing technologists focused on developing and improving user experience

• Takes ownership of tasks and sees them through to completion
• Experience working with Microsoft administrative tools, such as Active Directory, Group Policy and SCCM
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Windows operating systems and productivity software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Windows)
• Understanding of Audio Visual Systems
• (Desirable) Knowledge of finance applications such as Bloomberg & Eikon
