HAYWARD HAWK is proud to partner with a well-established Managed Service Provider (MSP) to recruit an experienced IT Support Engineer. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing technical team, providing high-quality support to a diverse client base across Northern Ireland. The Role As an IT Support Engineer, youll act as a key escalation point for technical issues at 2nd and 3rd line level. Youll bring strong Microsoft 365 administration skills, solid networking expertise, and a proactive mindset, with the ambition to grow into a future leadership role. Key Responsibilities Deliver 2nd and 3rd line technical support across varied client environments. Administer Microsoft 365 tenant services including Intune, SharePoint, and Security & Compliance Centres. Install, configure, and support Windows and macOS desktops. Troubleshoot networking issues (VPNs, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VLANs). Manage endpoint security, backup platforms, and email filtering systems. Handle user onboarding/offboarding and maintain Active Directory/Azure AD. About You Essential: Minimum 2 years experience in an MSP environment (Level 2/3 support). Proven Microsoft 365 administration skills (Exchange Online, Intune, Teams, Defender, Azure, Office 365). Strong desktop OS knowledge (Windows & macOS). Solid networking troubleshooting skills. Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to client sites. Desirable: Microsoft certifications (or interest in achieving them fully funded). Experience with EDR, MFA, mail filtering, backup solutions, and Autotask. Package & Benefits £30,000 £38,000 depending on experience. 31 days total leave (30 days plus your birthday off).
