Main Duties of the Role
Resolving support issues reported by customers using a variety of remote tools
Recording all calls in the ticketing system
Monitoring customer’s systems and acting on alerts
Configuring Systems including servers and PCs
Attending sites for installations and repairs Your Skills and Experience
5+ years’ experience in IT Support
Experience working within a Managed Service Provider
Windows Server, Hyper-V, Office 365, Azure
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Driving License & Car Salary
£34,000-£38,000 per annum, depending on experience
