Are you a confident, technically capable, and customer-focused individual looking to take the next step in your IT career? Our client is seeking an IT Support & Service Coordinator to play a key role in delivering excellent service to their customers.

This is an onsite role, combining hands-on first-line technical support with service desk coordination. Youll be the first point of contact for users, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and efficiently, while also keeping workloads organised so engineers can deliver outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the first point of contact for support requests via phone, email, and ticketing system Troubleshoot and resolve common technical issues (Microsoft 365, password resets, connectivity) Triage and escalate more complex issues to engineers with clear documentation Monitor and manage the ticket queue, ensuring timely updates and resolutions Organise engineer workloads to maintain SLAs and minimise bottlenecks Build client confidence through professional and reassuring communication Collaborate with accounts and sales teams to support smooth service delivery Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to processes or documentation

Skills & Experience

Previous experience in customer service and/or technical support Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and ticketing systems Strong communication and organisational skills Ability to troubleshoot basic IT issues independently Positive, proactive attitude with a focus on client experience Confidence to be professional and assertive when managing expectations Genuine interest in IT with a willingness to grow technical skills

Desirable (but not essential):
