The client are on a transformational journey to upgrade and enhance its enterprise architecture suite of business applications.

You will participate in this transformative program, providing insight and technical knowledge and take ownership of the company’s technology estate and business end-user experience.

Areas you will be responsible for :

• IT Estate Management and Evolution - (Salesforce, HubSpot, Bamboo)
• Incident management - 1st & 2nd line support
• Email Support
• Managing the Office 365 interface
• Security - Monitor and manage security software and cloud tools
• Document Creation and Collaboration
• Calendar and Scheduling
