IT Support Engineer Permanent - On-site - Northampton - Up to £30k per annum + Bonus Are you a tech-savvy Systems Support Engineer with a strong background in Microsoft 365, Exchange, and CRM platforms? We’re working with a dynamic and growing organisation that is seeking a proactive and reliable Systems Support Engineer to join their team. Key Responsibilities: Provide 1st/2nd line support across a range of IT systems and users.

Maintain and support Microsoft 365 (including Office 365, Azure AD, and Exchange Online).

Troubleshoot issues related to cloud and on-premise infrastructure.

Support users with CRM platforms – preferably Zoho, but experience with other CRM systems will also be considered.

Assist with systems upgrades, migrations, and documentation.

Key Skills & Experience Required: Proven experience supporting Microsoft 365 , including Office 365, Azure AD , and Exchange .

Solid understanding of cloud services and Active Directory integration.

Experience supporting or administering CRM systems – Zoho CRM experience highly desirable, though others (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics) are welcome.
