You’ll be part of a close-knit team responsible for keeping business-critical systems running smoothly. Providing deskside, hardware, and software support across Windows 10/11, O365, and Active Directory environments Monitoring and maintaining Windows servers, patching, and resolving alerts Troubleshooting user, network, and application issues Supporting AV, networking, and infrastructure hardware Shifts: 4 days on / 4 days off / 4 nights on / 4 days off

Experience

Background in IT support, deskside, or infrastructure support Strong knowledge of Windows Server, O365, and Active Directory Confident working independently Positive attitude and reliable work ethic Able to work on-site in Oxford
