Our leading banking services client is looking for an IT Support Engineer with a broad range of technical expertise to join their team.

This is a 6-month contract.

This position is INSIDE IR35.

Responsibilities:

• Provide 2nd line support
• Support Virtual Desktop environments, handle escalated tickets, and resolve queries and issues
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills
• Support users with VMWare, Virtual Desktop, and Citrix issues
• Provide remote desktop support
