As an established and expanding IT Services company, we are looking for a Field Engineer to join our team. You will be working from our modern offices in a rural setting on the outskirts of Chester (just off the A55) as well as travelling to client premises throughout the Northwest region and on occasions throughout the UK. As a key person within the team infrastructure no two days will be the same and you will have input to a wide variety of projects. What will you be doing? Liaising with clients and providing on-site support, installations, maintenance and upgrades Installation and maintenance/testing of Cat 5/6 cabling Hosted VOIP setup & installations including roll out of phone systems, handsets and door entry systems (3cx) CCTV Installations Installations of networking equipment Responding to faults and replacing equipment Servicing and upgrading of IT products and services Working hours Monday-Friday 8.30am-5pm
