Force Recruitment has partnered with an agile and innovative global pharmaceutical leader with multiple sites across Ireland to hire an IT Systems Engineer on a full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract. The role is based fully on-site in Bray and is a full-time position working 40 hours per week. Responsibilities Capacity Management of the infrastructure, including extension of the farm (scaling), expanding the Citrix user community by adding new applications and desktop images Set-up and follow-up of the monitoring of the infrastructure Ensure 1st/2nd level support (advanced troubleshooting) of the Citrix- and server-related products managed in the squad. Proactive platform maintenance (Citrix update implementation) Comprehensive platform monitoring and alerting – platform availability & performance, end user session experience Scheduled management reporting, Power BI reports covering logon duration, session latency/reliability, and platform performance metrics.
