Overview Desktop/Systems Engineer - Virtualisation - Azure - Networks - IT Support - 1st & 2nd Line progressing to 3rd Line - Good Benefits Package - £30,000-35,000 per annum We’re looking for a Systems Engineer with a good technical background and customer-facing attitude to join a growing managed service provider (MSP). You will be working with key customers to solve IT issues and escalate where necessary, with the expectation that you can undertake tasks from 1st to 2nd line, and potentially 3rd line where possible. You will be working in a supportive, collaborative team in a welcoming and open environment, with a clear path for growth and development. It’s a great business with a brilliant leadership team. Responsibilities
Provide 1st- to 2nd-line IT support with progression to 3rd line where possible, for key customers. Resolve IT issues, escalate to 3rd line when necessary, and communicate effectively with customers. Collaborate within a supportive, team-focused environment and contribute to ongoing service improvements.

O365 Support and Admin Azure Administration Firewalls Networking (VLAN, WAN) Virtualisation (Hyper-V, VMware)
Working pattern and on-call There is some on-call support for P1 issues with a weekend rota (1 in 4). You will be financially compensated for on-call and the Systems Engineers cover 7am–6pm, so some variation in working patterns is expected.
