ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and maintain enterprise IT Systems including servers, storage, virtualization and cloud infrastructure.Lead and manage IT Infrastructure projects ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.Develop and maintain documentation for systems architecture, configuration and procedures.Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and other core infrastructure services.Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration.Administer virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud services (e.g., Azure, AWS).Monitor system performance and availability.Collaborate with security teams to ensure compliance with security policies, standards and best practices.Evaluate and monitor to improve operational efficiency and scalability.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent experience.Preferred 5+ years of experience in systems engineering or infrastructure design and support.Demonstrated success in planning and executing Server OS upgrades, refreshes, and data center migrations.Proven experience managing complex IT projects from initiation to closure.Ability to assess and validate application compatibility during server transitions.Deep knowledge of virtualization technologies and cloud platforms.Strong understanding of networking and security best practices.Familiarity with scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python) for automation.Excellent communication and documentation skills.Experience in global or multi-site environments.Certifications such as MCSA/MCSE, VMware VCP, or AWS/Azure.Experience with configuration management tools.Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. #J-18808-Ljbffr
