They’re looking for an IT Systems & Support Engineer who can not only keep the wheels turning but also help streamline processes and boost efficiency across the business.

Why You’ll Love This Role

  • Work in a professional legal environment where IT is seen as an enabler, not a cost
  • Combine hands-on technical support with training and business process improvements
  • Get involved in onboarding new employees, ensuring they’re fully equipped from day one
  • Be a key point of contact for staff across multiple offices, building relationships and trust
  • Help shape how the business uses technology to deliver legal services faster and smarter

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver IT training sessions (1:1 and group) to improve confidence and efficiency
  • Identify and implement process improvements in workflows and systems
  • Support and maintain the firm’s network, applications, and security
  • Act as a friendly, approachable IT partner to teams across the business

What You Bring

  • Must Have:
  • Previous IT support or systems engineering experience
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows OS, and core business applications
  • Confident communicator who can train, explain, and simplify technical processes
  • An analytical approach to identifying workflow inefficiencies and improving them
  • Full UK driving licence (travel to other offices required)
  • Nice to Have:
  • Experience in legal or professional services
  • Knowledge of case management systems
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft MTA/MCSA, or similar

Your Rewards

  • Additional leave for long service
  • Company pension scheme
  • Paid professional training & certifications
  • Opportunities to lead business improvement initiatives
  • Travel expenses for inter-office visits
  • A stable, long-term role in a respected firm with a friendly, supportive culture

This is your chance to take a hands-on IT role and turn it into something bigger—where you train, improve, and influence how a respected legal firm operates.

If you’re ready to become the tech go-to in a business that values your ideas, apply now.
