IT Systems Support Engineer

Role Overview

We are looking for an IT Systems Support Engineer to join our growing IT/Software development department at BG Automotive. This role will be responsible for supporting and maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure, end-user devices, and business-critical systems. You will provide hands-on support across hardware, networking, and software, while also taking ownership of resolving issues with our ERP, WMS, and internally developed applications (Python, SQL, C#, Frontend).

Key Responsibilities

* End-User & Hardware Support: Provide 1st/2nd line support for PCs, laptops, printers, scanners, and peripherals. Diagnose and repair hardware faults.

* Systems Support: Monitor and troubleshoot outages and errors on core systems, including ERP and WMS. Act as the first point of escalation for system downtime.

* Application Support: Act as first-line support for internally developed software applications. Test, replicate, and triage reported issues before escalating to the development team.

* Networking & Infrastructure: Perform basic network troubleshooting (switches, Wi-Fi, VPN, TCP/IP). Support Active Directory user account management.
