What You’ll Do

• Shape and influence the technical direction across the organisation
• Contribute to architectural decisions and long-term product roadmaps
• Collaborate closely with engineering colleagues, sharing knowledge and best practices
• Engage in discussions around system design, scalability, and integration challenges
• Write high-quality, maintainable code aligned with architectural goals

What You’ll Need

• 1–5 years of commercial Java experience with J2EE / JEE frameworks
• Ability to align technical solutions with wider business strategy
• Strong understanding of enterprise-level systems and ability to identify strengths/weaknesses
• Excellent communication skills with a genuine eagerness to learn and adopt new technologies
• Awareness of modern enterprise technology trends and their practical applications
• Full right to work in the UK on a permanent basis
