Role Requirements

Design, build, and test bespoke software solutions that meet complex customer needs. Work with modern frameworks and open-source technologies to deliver scalable solutions. Deploy software systems into both cloud and private environments (AWS, Azure). Collaborate within an agile team and engage with stakeholders to shape requirements. Contribute to projects across the full software lifecycle, from concept to support. Skills & Experience

Strong experience as a Java Engineer, with extensive commercial development exposure. Hands-on Full Stack or Backend knowledge with modern Java and supporting technologies. Familiarity with AWS and DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines. Ability to lead or mentor within teams and build strong client relationships. Eligible and willing to obtain UK security clearance (must hold a British passport and have lived in the UK for 5+ years).
