Java Software Engineer needed for a fast-growing loyalty & promotions technology company. They are looking for Java Engineers with strong Spring Boot skills to join their London team (hybrid, 3 days in office). You’ll be building scalable, high-performance systems that power loyalty experiences at massive scale.

What you’ll do

• Build and maintain Java Microservices (Spring Boot)
• Collaborate in an Agile team delivering innovative loyalty solutions
• Optimise services for speed, reliability, and scalability

What we’re looking for

• Solid Java + Spring Boot experience
• SQL/NoSQL database knowledge
• Bonus: Kafka, Kubernetes, payments/loyalty industry knowledge
