Have some hands-on experience (e.g., through internships, projects, or 12 months in a data-related role). Are familiar with Microsoft SQL Server or similar relational databases. Can write basic SQL queries and understand stored procedures. Have a good understanding of Excel for data analysis. Are eager to learn about data quality, performance monitoring, and optimization. Are a team player with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
You'll get extra points for
Exposure to tools like SSIS, SSRS, or PowerBI. Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP). Understanding of data warehouse concepts (e.g., star schema). Experience with scripting (e.g., PowerShell or Python). Knowledge of Agile workflows or version control systems like Git.

Additional Information ESCALATED SUPPORT – DATA SUPPORT ENGINEER TEAM Our team plays a vital role in resolving complex data-related issues that impact casino operations across our customer base. As part of the Data Support function within the Escalated Support team, we specialize in diagnosing and resolving high-priority incidents involving data integrity, reporting anomalies, and system integrations. We work closely with other support teams, as well as product and implementation teams within Playtech Neon, to ensure data accuracy and system reliability.
