This is a great opportunity with a global company with lots of on the job and external training starting as soon as January, There is a very clear progression path from Junior Engineer to be a vital member of the Maintenance TeamThe RoleAs a Junior Maintenance Engineer your responsibilities include:Performing Preventative Maintenance on various bits of equipment including Sorters, Conveyors and associated systemsResponding to Emergency repairs to minimise site downtime and keep the efficiency of the site highWorking underneath the Lead engineer learning on the job and working with issues and system performanceTroubleshooting mechanical and electrical faults and keeping the lines up and runningThe CandidateIn a Junior Maintenance Engineer we are looking for:Desirably a year experience within practical EngineeringA recent graduate in Engineering looking for some hands on experienceSomeone willing to learn and develop their technical skillsetComfortable working in a Fast Paced environmentThe PackageAs a Junior Maintenance Engineer you will receive:An annual salary of £30,000 per annumOpportunity to top up your earnings with lots of overtime opportunitiesOn the job training and external training to develop your skillsetA pension contribution from my clientAn opportunity to develop into a Maintenance Engineer and be a key part of my clients plansSecurity working with a global clientATA is committed to creating a diverse workforce and is an equal opportunities employer.
