Are you looking to take the next step in your IT career? We’re looking for a motivated Junior IT Support Field Engineer to join Moore Kingston Smith. This is a fantastic entry-level role for someone with 1–2 years of IT support experience who is ready to build their skills in a dynamic professional services environment.

Compensation: £26,000 - £27,500 per year

What you’ll be doing

• Providing on-site IT support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices and printers
• Supporting office tech including workstations and meeting room equipment
• Assisting with onboarding and offboarding of staff
• Travel between offices to deliver field support and ensure smooth operations
• Helping colleagues with IT projects and wider team initiatives

What we’re looking for

• 1–2 years’ experience in IT support or service desk
• Knowledge of Windows 11, Microsoft 365, and desktop/laptop setup
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach
• Good communicator, confident working with different teams
• Full UK driving licence (own car preferred)
• Experience in professional services (finance, legal, consulting) is a plus
