We, Deepki, are currently looking for a Customer Solutions Engineer in London.
You will manage and assist our customers in the deployment of our SaaS solution in order to help them drive energy savings and energy efficiency with the goal to reduce their CO2 & Greenhouse gas emissions.
Missions:
- Collaborate with clients to manage and support the deployment of Deepki's SaaS solution, ensuring successful implementation of energy-saving projects and sustainable practices.
- Customize and configure Deepki features to meet individual client needs, including data-visualization widgets, user inputs, alerts thresholds, energy and CO2 pathways.
- Integrate the platform into clients' IT landscape, establishing interfaces with utilities data-suppliers and creating scripts for custom KPIs related to smart energy and CO2 analysis.
- Provide training and ongoing support to clients' users, ensuring their efficient use of the platform.
- Analyze client data, perform quality checks, and calculate KPIs for energy analysis and energy savings.
- Contribute to the development of advanced processes and automations to enhance data quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the product team to envision the future enhancements of the platform.
- Identify additional customer needs, manage customer roadmaps, and propose complementary offers.
- Foster knowledge sharing by producing relevant documentation and expertise notes.
Profile :
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Business Management.
- Project management skills with a focus on quality and methodology.
- Excellent communication and teaching abilities, with fluency in English.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze data workflows.
- Team player with a keen sense of customer interaction.
Nice-to-Have:
- Interest in Python, R, or other coding languages.
- Familiarity with agile development methods (Scrum, Sprint, etc.).
- Professional experience with Excel.
- Previous experience in utilities, energy efficiency, or building industries.
- Interest in sustainable development and ecological/environmental transition.
