The Lead Security Engineer will be responsible for a small team of Security Engineers within the IT Security program. As well as managing a small team, the role serves as a senior technical architect and systems integrator for large complex systems or networks, with a focus on securing vulnerabilities and reducing risk of system and/or asset compromises. The role requires highly specialized knowledge, abilities, skills, and experience and the ability to exercise independent judgement in the performance of their duties. The Lead Security Engineer will lead, design, develop and implement critical and complex solutions consistent with directives, policies, standards, and regulations. Bachelor or Master of Science in Computer Science, Information Security (Cybersecurity), Information Systems, or a related technical field ~ SANS GIAC, OSCP/E, CySA+, CASP+, CISSP, CISM, CCSP, CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker), CCNA, CCNA Cyber Ops ~7-10 years of related Information Security experience required ~ Demonstrated work experience with network or systems engineering, cryptography, security engineering and architecture, vulnerability assessments, application security, and/or incident response ~ Proven experience in performing administration functions of Linux/UNIX & Windows systems, network, firewall, and DNS experience ~ Demonstrated experience with programming, scripting languages and text manipulation tool An exciting package that includes great salary and benefits you would expect from a growing ambitious company, a chance to work in a first-class brand-new environment but most importantly we will offer you the chance to become part of our Incora story. ~ Incora offers 8 Paid Holidays with 2 additional Floating Holidays for all Full-Time employees.
