This company is looking for a Lead Design & Estimating Engineer to take the helm of our technical design and cost estimation efforts. This is a pivotal role in a fast-growing business that delivers advanced security solutions for solar farms and perimeter protection projects across the UK.
You'll be responsible for producing high-quality system designs, costings, and tender documentation - while working closely with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure every project is technically sound and commercially viable.
As the business evolves, this role offers strong potential for progression into a senior leadership position. You may also take on line management of junior engineers as our team continues to grow.
