Principal or Senior Electrical Engineer (FOUNDING POSITION OF NEW REGIONAL OFFICE)

Location: Manchester City Centre

An established building services consultancy is seeking a Principal or Senior Electrical Engineer to help lead and grow its new Manchester office. This is a unique opportunity to play a founding role in a new regional hub, leading projects across sectors including healthcare, education, residential, and commercial. The role offers strong autonomy, technical variety, and the chance to help shape team culture and client relationships from day one.

What You'll Do

Lead and deliver multi-sector MEP projects

Act as Project Lead and client contact

Mentor junior engineers and uphold technical standards

Drive sustainable and low-carbon design solutions

What You'lll Bring

Degree (or HNC/HND with experience) in Electrical or Building Services Engineering

Chartered or working towards (CIBSE/IET)

Proficiency in Amtech, Relux/Dialux, Revit

Strong knowledge of British Standards, Building Regs, LV/HV systems, and renewable's
