If you require any reasonable adjustments to the recruitment process, just let us know how we can support you.We are looking for a Lead Engineer to contribute as an individual to plant-related engineering issues and coordinate and lead the engineering resources on shift. The successful candidate will be supporting manufacturing operations, dealing with requirements from multiple facilities and effectively prioritising resources to minimise impact on service level and achieve KPI targets.ResponsibilitiesAdherence to H&S and Quality Standards, ensuring safe ways of working and audit readiness at all times.Lead the multi-disciplined team in effective coordination and prioritisation of planned and unplanned maintenance tasks across multiple plants.Provide support with equipment problem-solving activities on shift and coach the team on problem-solving techniques.Manage/support the development, objective setting, performance reviews and adherence to all HR processes and procedures for the team.Provide, and support with, shift reports, both manufacturing and engineering based, including attendance at DOR.
