This is a critical role for someone with solid experience in M&E maintenance who can lead from the front, manage tasks effectively, and ensure compliance and safety at all times. Key Responsibilities: Lead day-to-day delivery of planned and reactive electrical maintenance.Supervise a small team of engineers and coordinate with contractors as required.Ensure all works meet current H&S regulations, statutory compliance, and service level agreements (SLAs).Carry out hands-on maintenance including emergency lighting, LV distribution, UPS, lighting controls, BMS adjustments, and fault-finding.Manage documentation, logbooks, and ensure asset registers are up to date.Act as the technical point of contact for the client, attending site meetings and supporting audits.
